Send consignment notes and waybills to ESUTD automatically
From 1 June 2026, registration of consignment notes and waybills in ESUTD is mandatory for freight vehicles over 3.5 tonnes. Smart Cargo - an authorised ESUTD partner - lets companies with an ERP or 1C send documents to ESUTD automatically, without filling in every trip by hand.

From 1 June 2026, consignment notes and waybills for freight vehicles over 3.5 tonnes must be registered in ESUTD. Missing or inaccurate data is subject to a fine under Article 571-1 of the Administrative Code of Kazakhstan — from 20 to 80 MCI.
