A product card in the national product catalog and an NTIN. Without an NTIN the goods cannot pass labelling, e-invoicing or public procurement.
How to get the service online
- 1Sign in to Brok with a digital signature on behalf of your company
- 2Enter the product name as it appears in your price list: Brok shows similar catalog cards and suggests an OKTRU category
- 3If the product is already in the catalog, take its NTIN; if not, fill in the card: names in Russian and Kazakh, manufacturer, HS code and GTIN if you have one
- 4Submit the card for moderation to the national product catalog; many products can be submitted as one list
- 5Once the moderator approves it, the catalog publishes the card and assigns an NTIN
