What is smartcargo.global?
It is the public Smart Cargo portal: a catalog of services for international freight. Here you can find the service you need, read how to get it, and go to it.
How do I go to Smart Cargo or Brok?
Open the card of the service you need and click “Open in Smart Cargo” or “Open in Brok”. The service opens in a new tab.
Do I have to pay to use the portal?
The catalog, search and service cards are free and require no registration. The cost of the service itself is shown on its card.
What does “Soon” mean next to a service?
The service is being prepared for launch, so the button to go to it is not available yet. You can already read the service description on its card.
How do I suggest a service or report an error?
Open the “Leave a suggestion” page or use the form at the bottom of a service card: select a topic and describe what needs to be improved.
