Download Smart Cargo and install it on your phone (Android)
Sign in via eGov Mobile — confirm the login with your digital signature
Create a digital passport for entry — specify the vehicle and the direction
Nothing else is required. Once an advance notification or a declaration appears for your vehicle in Keden, it will be linked to your digital passport automatically
Show the QR code to the inspector at the checkpoint. All statuses are visible in the app
You do NOT need to upload documents or the advance notification by hand — everything is pulled automatically from government systems (Keden, EAEU, CarGoRuqsat)
